To keep my promise to Chloe, I freed her from her kennel so she too could explore the great outdoors like her kennel mate Rachel Amber.

My outing with Chloe happened because she tugged at my heart strings the week before, when she showered me with affection while I was struggling to return Rachel Amber back in the kennel.

Chloe Price, like Rachel Amber, sports two names and is listed as a German Shepherd mix.

She had a great walk, taking in the sights and the many scents that piqued her curiosity.

Rachel also joined us on our adventure because my walking buddy walked her.

The 2 of them together made for an entertaining stroll as Chloe would sometimes slam her body against Rachel which would result in a playful wrestling match.

Chloe knows the sit command and will gladly sit for treats.

During this trip we didn’t stop at the usual pup den, a place where I like to take the dogs to chill and hangout for 5 mins.

So I’m unsure if she’s a pup that likes to stay on the move or if she enjoys a quick rest period.

I had no issues returning Chloe to her kennel but maybe that was because there was yummy food waiting for her inside!

I’m glad me & Chloe had such a weird introduction because if that experience didn’t happen, I wouldn’t have noticed what a sweetheart she truly is and I probably would’ve walked her.
